This project is personal. It's the result of years spent helping thousands of clients wrestling with faith, doubt, and the search for meaning.

After twenty-three years as a counselor, I've sat with thousands of people as they searched for peace, meaning, and purpose. I've learned that the deepest change rarely starts with answers; it begins when we find the courage to sit with our questions before God.

Refuge is my way of sharing that discovery. It's a companion built to listen, to challenge gently, and to remind us that transformation happens one honest moment at a time.

I don’t chase perfection; I pursue faithfulness — the daily work of becoming wiser, more grounded, and more whole in Christ.
