In a world where silence is rare and distraction constant, I wanted to create a small place for reflection — a digital sanctuary for honest conversation and quiet growth. This project is personal. It's the result of years spent helping thousands of clients wrestling with faith, doubt, and the search for meaning.

After twenty-three years as a counselor, I've sat with thousands of people as they searched for peace, meaning, and direction. I've learned that the deepest change rarely starts with answers; it begins when we find the courage to sit with our questions before God.

Refuge is my way of sharing that discovery. It's a companion built to listen, to challenge gently, and to remind us that transformation happens one honest moment at a time.
